According to the Law No. 657 of the RM “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer. And after the transfer of the goods – within 14 days by presenting the receipt. The return of a good quality product is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved.
If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer. Return or exchange of goods is possible if the packaging, presentation and consumer properties of the goods are preserved. In case of refusal from the goods upon delivery, the client pays for the delivery service.
Exchange and return conditions
When accepting the goods, the Buyer must carefully check its quantity, quality and assortment for compliance with the accompanying documents and the order. After signing the sales receipt, the Buyer loses the right to make claims that can be identified upon receipt of the goods.
For goods assembled by the buyer independently (not by the Seller’s specialists), the Seller’s warranty obligations do not apply. Also, the warranty does not apply to custom-made goods, damaged goods / s received during self-delivery and lifting of goods. The buyer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties, i.e. if the product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.
Return and exchange of goods – within 14 days from the date of purchase
Return or exchange of goods is possible, provided that the packaging, presentation and consumer properties of the goods, as well as sales and cash receipts, are preserved. In this case, we guarantee you a full refund of the goods (less shipping costs). In case of refusal of the goods upon delivery, the client pays for the delivery services.
Refunds when registering the return of goods
If the goods were paid for by credit card or through the payment system PayNet, Bpay, RunPay, WebMoney, Yandex.Money and others, the cancellation of the payment for the goods occurs within five working days from the date of receipt of the application for the return of the goods in writing or electronically. Please note that, depending on the type of payment system, a refund to the payer’s account may take up to 30 days. For more information, contact the support service of the respective payment system or the card issuing bank. Remember that when returning goods paid for with a bank card, refunds are made only to the card with which the original purchase was paid.
If the goods were paid for in cash, the money is paid on the day of registration of the return of the goods on working days.
